How do I order?
On-line ordering is possible on the site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To find products, select product types from the categories in the Browse section of the site. Product descriptions, including pricing, will be shown. You can select items to place in your Shopping Cart that you can later delete, update, and purchase. Once you are ready to buy, enter your name, address, and credit card information and submit the order.
In some cases, you might not be able to connect to the server if you are using certain versions of browsers or firewalls that do not allow communication through secure servers. Does the site handle international orders?
Presently, we are not able to ship orders placed on the Web site to international locations.
What if I want to cancel or change my order?

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged once your order has been placed and we have fulfilled your order.
What order confirmation will I receive?
Once your order has been entered, you will receive a printable order confirmation screen detailing your order. Once the order has been processed in our system, you will receive an e-mail notification with order details.
I can't find products on the site that I know Harman carries. What should I do?
This site is geared toward discontinued and overstocked products (although all are first-quality) so not all of our products are on this site. Check back frequently, as our on-line product mix is constantly changing.
How do I get replacement parts?
If you need parts for products you have ordered, e-mail our parts department and describe the problem.
How do I redeem a coupon or promotion code?
To redeem your coupon or promotion code, please enter a valid code in the "Enter your coupon or promotion code" field in the shopping cart and click the "recalculate" button to see your discounted price. Please note that coupon or promotion codes are valid only on new or current products at www.harmanaudio.com. These discounts are NOT valid on any products listed on our Clearance pages, or on our Factory Reconditioned products.
Account Status/History
How can I get information on orders I previously placed?
Customers with an account on the site are able to view account and order history by entering your user ID and password. Order details will be shown, specifically sales order number, order date, product quantity and price, order amount, shipping status and shipping tracking number. To check on shipping status, you can link to shipping carriers on the site in the order detail section.

Will my on-line order be secure?
Our site uses the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure the safety of your Internet transactions. SSL encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, to prevent decoding. Are Gift Wrap charges refundable
No, Gift Wrap charges are not covered under our 30 day Return Policy.
How can I replace, repair or return an item I purchased on the site?
If, during the first 30 days of your purchase, you would like to replace or return the item, the process can be initiated on the Web site in the Returns section. You can send valuable information regarding your return to the Customer Service Center to move forward with the return process.
